After 20 years running a high-end technology-based company in mainland China, Sung Po Liu successfully led his small family-owned company to be a publicly listed company in Taiwan. He decided then to resign from his position as president of the company. In 2007 he made a life-changing decision to immigrate to Australia and start a new life for his family. His sons, Phil and Kevin found great interest in the wine industry. After Kevin and Phil completed their master’s degrees in marketing and enology respectively. While they studied, the brothers bought an old vineyard on the banks of the north Para river in Nuriootpa, Barossa to begin their venture in the wine industry.
